I went in because my vehicle has a service engine soon light on and Tom Y. Was there to assist me. He explained everything down to even drawing a diagram how the part worked and how explained in a way that I would understand the issue. His years of experience helped me better understand what I needed to do and was very knowledgeable. I'm glad to continue my business with them.

Went in today to return a loaner tool. They said they can't refund me, because I don't have my old card. Despite being able to do cash returns, they have chosen to steal from me over a loaner tool that does not even work correctly. 7pm Jun 14 for management review.
