Horrible customer service. Took long and everybody was not helpful at all.
came in 10 minutes before close and their was a line deep into the isle. I got to the counter past close and Moses helped me with my return. Even after I was giving him some crap about the product being deemed damaged he had a great attitude and thoroughly explained to me why that was and reassured me I was still gonna get my full return. all in all it was an amazing experience and he was both very professional and extremely kind to me which given the circumstances I was very pleasantly surprised with.
Moises was so helpful and kind and just so awesome to work with, he showed me how to test an alternator with their machine and I almost feel like I can get a job just doing that at autozone!!! I've been chasing an alternator issue for three days now and I now know that both of mine are good and I need to look into other things. Thankyou Moises!!
As we all know, the customer service is very slow to help and their employees need more training on what vehicle parts are
