Auto zone Was my go to until recently. I went in to get a battery checked. The manager, I believe his name was Rick, treated me very coldly. He was not friendly and hostile from the beginning. I understand people have bad days so I tried to be patient. He said they couldn’t test my battery unless they charged it for an hour. I told him I was just in the other day and they didn’t have to do that. I told him the battery was fully charged and that wasn’t necessary. He pushed that I do what he said or buy a new battery. Today, Saturday, I went and visited the AutoZone here in Hermiston. The staff was extremely helpful and found the much-needed replacement windshield wipers for my car. They even help me install them which I greatly appreciated!
I can't thank the current manager and the commercial manager enough for stepping up and turning the store around. As a business owner we need parts as fast as possible to keep us going and they have definitely done that.
