Great experience with Tom! I bought a battery and windshield wiper fluid and asked Tom to teach/supervise me while I change my battery and insert some wiper fluid. He was so cool and made sure I had everything I needed and walked me through the process and gave me some pointers on safety. Tom is the best!!!!
