Nowadays it seems customer service is a thing of the past. This morning I stopped in at the AutoZone in Sapulpa because I needed some bolts to attach a front license plate. I apologize I did not get the gentleman’s name but he went above and beyond! He went outside to my car three times to make sure he was getting the correct bolts and even installed my plate for me! There were 4 employees that I saw while there and everyone was nice and made sure I was being taken care of!
Manager has poor customer service I completely felt like if I wasn't tattoo and the way I am it would of been different avoid this place completely there are stores that will treat you better I promised
I stopped at an AutoZone in Kansas which did an excellent job, but the alternator they gave me stopped working. So I came to this one when I got to the Tulsa area. They were very helpful and friendly. Especially Tom who helped me out during the uninstall and install process!
Jacki is very rude was cussing in the store and telling customers he’s not mechanically inclined and when I tried to buy something he told me I wasn’t aloud to use a professional account and talked to me like I was 12. He finally gave in and let me use the business account for my purchase but still tried for a good few minutes to try and make me change my mind.
