I recently went to Auto Zone for several things in a few days span , and the same young man, Cody, waited on me each time. Not only was he very kind, He was so helpful, getting my items for me, opening the door, and carrying my items to my vehicle, (I use a cane). A terrific young man. Kuddos to Mom for his upbringing, and AutoZone for hiring Cody. Thanks Cody. You”re a fine young man!
Been a customer since I went in their first store around 85-86. Best prices of all retail parts stores. And someone who listens and helps you
They put me on hold a never came back to get me off hold. Im also a customer. Dont put me on hold to take another customer. I always choose o'reilly's. I feel bad and give autozone a chance, but then they always let me down like always, so I don't ever feel bad about choosing o'reilly's over autozone.
