The associate on his evening was exemplary. Not only did he find out if the part was in stock and put it on hold for me but he saved me money by offering a bundle for brake fluid, brake cleaner and brake lube for $6 as opposed to letting me spend $12 on just brake cleaner. He was pleasant and helpful and seemed to pair well with the manager on shift. Team work makes the dream work.

This is not the Advance Auto Parts location I normally visit, but it was convenient for my son and me to stop here. I wish I could say the overall service was good, but unfortunately that would not be an accurate description of our experience. I do want to recognize the young man who ultimately assisted us. He came from the back of the store, immediately acknowledged that we were there, and asked if he could help. Usually the people who work here are always so nice and helpful! But today the guy working the register couldn’t seem to keep his weird sexist micro-aggressions to himself. I was in a rush to change my turn signal light before I had to drive to work and he was asking me if I checked “blinker fluid” and then throwing “light bulb grease” on my order automatically and saying I need it when I never asked for it. I can assure you he wouldn’t be doing all that if I was a man.
