Nice people!
Terrible service! It used to be the best place in Norwich. Not today! Came in and waited at the counter for help finding something. The clerk was on the phone. Yes, he saw me. I was the only customer in the store. Then another employee came out of an office area behind the counter. Saw me waiting and went back into the office. Waited again, he didn’t come out. Never is a long time but I don’t see myself returning to that store. It was very clear that serving customers was not a priority. So very disappointed. 👎
Attention corporate Get your act together!! Terrible. Went online paid for something that the computer said was in stock went to pick it up at the store and they didn’t have it.
I came to have my battery checked . Both the ladies at the front desk were friendly, Chris went above and beyond and is very knowledgeable. He really enjoys what he does. He was professional and helped me out when I know absolutely nothing about cars. Appreciate the great service. Thankyou !
