Unfortunately, the staff is not as knowledgeable about automotive repair questions as some of the other places. The one positive thing I would say is they had a specific part I needed that two other Auto Parts stores were sold out or did not have in stock. The AutoZone employee was nice
Called the store directly and asked to have a part set aside with my name on the part and drove to pick it up w/in the hour. They told me they sold the last one before I arrived there and when I asked about my part that was set aside, the "gentleman" behind the counter stated it must have been a computer error. This particular store has been just fine for me in the past but not in 2025 and the only reason I didn't use the Urbandale store, was b/c they didn't have it and recommended this store...so I took them up on it.
