Very friendly employees go out of their way to help you
Guy’s name starts with a W. Waylon maybe? Terrible. Just terrible. Went in to rent a tool. The kid was doing a great job and looking up the item number to get me the RIGHT item but the Waylon guy told him the number and wouldn’t let the kid look it up. He gave me the wrong tool. Went back to get the correct one and Waylon didn’t even apologize. The whole time he acted like a know it all and had terrible customer service. I don’t know how anybody works with someone like that.
Great service, just wished they could be stocked a little better.
