Excelente atención.
Not understanding why this sad store is still functioning! Customer service is terrible and the associates attention span is extremely short! No matter if you're calling in for a part or in store, the wait is extremely long and when calling in when given the info on vehicle needs, they should jot down said needs before placing a customer on hold so to not having to ask the customer the same question when they return to the call and DAVID was one of the UNPROFESSIONAL associates.
They told me first they didn't even carry the loaner tool, these guys at most of these autozones dont have a clue about cars. They just have that "idk sir I just work here" kind of attitude. Had to explain to him yes they do have that tool there, and then when they brought it to me it was a broken set. Obviously they don't check to see if the tool is in the box much less in the same condition going in or out. Second autozone thats done this to me in a row.
