Very helpful and friendly staff.
We use Auto Zone for many of our parts purchases. Unfortunately an alternator failed after only a year and two months. We were traveling through Mesquite, AZ and purchased another. Love that lifetime guarantee! Once installed it showed charging, but eight hours later it too failed. By then we were near Scipio, UT. One employee heard I had horses in the trailer, and she got permission to drive the replacement alternator to us. Wow! That was so appreciated.
