Don't use them at all. The return policy is a scam. They do not have qualified employees. Employees do not understand questions nor do they listen. We asked 3 (three) times for a regulatory for a 2 door coup Honda accord, we received one for a four door from Truman Road & Hardesty, KC Mo. when we figured it out it was already after 5 pm. I had a car battery my hubby told me to take to recycle since they advertise on their window "protect the environment recycle old batteries for a $10 credit" and was refused. They made me leave with the battery even though I told them I really didn't want to be driving around with it in my car. Very poor customer service and did not give the credit as advertised on the front door!
Tonight, my husband and I drove from Topeka to the Kansas City area to pick up a piece of furniture. On our way home, our SUV started acting funny. First, we noticed the headlights dimming, then the battery drained (brand new in September), and the radio and all the interior lights went out. I always come here for parts for my car and have never had trouble before. Tonight I had one of the employees run the codes to find out why my check engine light is on. He was so rude and did nothing but complain to me about having to do his job. If it's that hard to do his job, he shouldn't be there.
Yesterday I drove from Liberty for a special order part. Thomas W. Went above and beyond the call of duty. He had a medical emergency and refused to get off the phone with another store while I called 911 to assist him. I stayed until the paramedics took over. I hope he is ok and I hope I get my part so I can drive to Texas to see my mother in the hospital...
