Great costumer service very helpful on the phone answer my questions. They got my business forever
Do not i repeat do not use this parts store!!!! They gave me the wrong starter and when I went to exchange it for the right part they instantly got an attitude, asked them to exchange the part and not refund my card as it takes 7 to 10 days to get the refund and they refunded my card anyway leaving me without enough cash for the right part for my only transportation. Then they got mouthy with me again saying it wasn't their fault and cussing me and when I said I'd make a formal complaint they laughed at me and said good luck... read more
Very knowledgeable staff, they even helped me figure out exactly what was wrong with my car, then found a local mechanic to fix it the very next day! I’ll definitely be back next time I need help with my car, even though I hope that’s not anytime soon!
Great service with exchanging a part purchased out of state and warranty was honored! Paxton helped get it taken care of!!
