I went by store 1625. Mr. Manuel Rodriquez has exceptional customer service. He is kind, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He was teaching how to change my tail lights today. After he assisted another female customer, he then was willing to help me and with the weather not being so forgiving. He was so pleased and will return to purchase more items in the future!!!!!! We need more people like him! I can see why he’s the manager
I went to AutoZone on 205 E 6th Street. I needed a 13mm drill bit for mounting my TV. I looked but couldn’t find it. I asked the manager on duty who only said, “Aisle 4.” I told him I’d already checked but couldn’t find what I needed and I need assistance since I don’t know what I’m specifically looking for. He repeated, “Drill bits are in aisle 4.” I asked again for help, but he just walked past me. I recently visited this store with my coworker, and we had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I’m not sure if he was lying, but he said that his name was Daniel. My coworker was trying to ask for help finding a wrench for her TV, and instead of anyone actually helping her, multiple employees kept giving her the runaround.
