Went in to get a brake light for my Kia. The employee was less than helpful in wanting to install it . When the employee came out he recommended I go to Firestone to get it installed, then had the nerve to say he was the only one there when I seen people coming from the back. I think this employee should learn some customer service skills and not make excuses.
Absolutely unprofessional and did not want to listen to anything I had to say. Stop by on the way home because they orange wrench light came on on my Dash. The employee proceeded to tell me that it was a service reminder. I attempted to explain to them multiple times that per my owner's manual, the icon indicates A Fault In the all-wheel drive or transmission system.
