Excellent service as always here. Was told my battery was good from another store in town. Kept having issues. Went back to this store and Alex helped me. He installed my new battery while I waited. Great customer service. Also checked my old battery after he got it out it was dead. Once again a very happy customer . Will not go anywhere else from now on.
I had a dead battery due to alot of corrosion on the battery terminals. Hank and Lathey were so helpful in cleaning off the corrosion and replacing my battery and advising me as to what I needed to tell my service manager about a terminal connector that had cracked. Their store did not have that specific connector. Since I didn't live too far from the store, they asked that if I had trouble getting home to give them a call and they would come and help me. Alex saved our life. That young man is so brilliant and respectful. He made sure we got taken care of as our car was overheating. Never did anything against policy but was very support and constantly checked on us as we fixed our vehicle. I pray that young man has nothing but good fortune and many many blessings! I'll be reaching out to corporate to give them the good news on this young man and the strore who supported!
