management here is great ! store is organized and they go above and beyond for customers !
Will no longer be doing commercial business with this location in any way. I recommend you don’t either as my relationship with AutoZone has hurt my relationship with my customers more than helped on more occasions than I care to explain. I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews since as a business owner I understand a few bad apples can make your business look like something it’s not but this is I will make an exception for since they seemingly have no interest in fixing the problem.
Good store but new store manager women is rather rude
Excellent service as always here. Was told my battery was good from another store in town. Kept having issues. Went back to this store and Alex helped me. He installed my new battery while I waited. Great customer service. Also checked my old battery after he got it out it was dead. Once again a very happy customer . Will not go anywhere else from now on.
I had a dead battery due to alot of corrosion on the battery terminals. Hank and Lathey were so helpful in cleaning off the corrosion and replacing my battery and advising me as to what I needed to tell my service manager about a terminal connector that had cracked. Their store did not have that specific connector. Since I didn't live too far from the store, they asked that if I had trouble getting home to give them a call and they would come and help me.
