I have been in the Auto Zone in Ottawa Kansas 8 time in the last 3 months. I have waited 10-15 min and even though there has two people not doing anything except joking and talking and another person either on the phone or helping a some one I never received any help. So this is one Autozone that really does not care if it does any business or not. I took my business to Advance Auto and Napa to the tune of \$1800. They at least were working and still had time to say they would be right with me.
