Armando the site manager was a huge help today. Store was well kept and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Armando explained auto zone only changes out some batteries and only as a courtesy when possible, auto zone policies have changed and they are often way to busy. He helped me with my battery problem and i was on my way, thank you auto zone and Armando.
Went in to dump my oil and they have to do it for you. The guy who had to dump mine was an idiot. He asked me if I needed the container back which i obviously did because it was a very nice clean drain pan. Apparently he didnt dump all my oil or close the lid all the way because when i tossed it im my bed and went home there was over half a quart of oil on my pickup bed and all over my boxes and camping chairs. I just stopped by and had questions about which jumper cables would be best for my vehicle. Richard did an absolutely wonderful job explaining which products would be best for me. He was well informed and I left the shop knowing I made a solid purchase! Thank you for the excellent service!
Cyndi is amazing. I got pulled over for a taillight. It required an led housing replacement. $400. They don't have it. She came to check if both lights were out becauseit couldd be a fuse. Wow both worked. She even pressed my breaks so I could see for myself. She was really helping me find the part for the lowest price and I didn't even need it.
Amazingly supportive staff and can supply all required parts either off the shelf or by order
