The associate and Gerardo were amazing. They helped me change a headlight and had some complications at first because of the design of the car, but in the end, was able to fix the problem. Working for customer service myself, I appreciated Gerardo’s patience trying to fix the issue while providing a pleasant and personable conversation in between. Overall, excellent customer service.

They didn't just help me pick out the best options for my car, they actually went above and beyond by installing both the battery and the wiper blades for me. They were so professional, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend asking for them if you need help!"
I went to this sore(auto zone ) while I head to work to buy oil & filter then I wait in line until they call me but the lady forget her name call me & I told her I need oil and filter then someone is coming behind me standing right next counter asked her his issue about his battery then she moved over there and totally ignore me and serve him even she didn’t say anything at least sorry whatever the reason is then I ask the other employee what’s going on he take care of me & say apologize for the situation,I never left review... read more
