Went it to Auto Zone on 6/20/26 7:59 pm with dead battery trying to get a battery to get back home in Las Vegas. When I walked in the door there were 2 people working there.One of them said welcome to auto zone and the other one said we close in one minute I said well when I googled auto zone Boulder city I googled directions and it said closes at 9pm. Are you kidding me? Hands down the fastest and best customer service experience I have ever had in an auto parts store. Maybe even in any store in general. I didn’t catch the guy’s name (Paris, maybe?), he was so fast. Walked in with a suspected bad battery (sulfur smell), and had the battery purchased and changed within 10 minutes. Whatever you’re paying that guy, double it.
The store manager Nelson was the best!! he helped me with picking the correct battery for my vehicle and even helped me install it. While his store was super busy!! i appreciate the patience Nelson had assisting me today!
