Absolutely horrible service. The employees couldn't be bothered to help me find the two parts I needed, luckily there was an ex-employee that actually was helpful. Then when being rung out a manager code was needed for a discount(it was 4 numbers) she acted like she was asked to install parts on a vw beetle. The incredulous attitude of both "managers" was absolutely horrific. If it wasn't for the kid with the dreds being so nice it would be 1 star
I got what I needed.
I'm 350 miles from home and dealt with a dead battery. Julie was the absolute best! Friendly, helpful, and embodied hospitality. She made a frustrating situation so much easier. Thank you, Lewisburg Auto Zone!
