Stopped in did not know what the name of the part was i needed. Talked to a older man who did not care if i was there or not did not want to help me at all. My husband and i ordered running boards for our truck, when we received them there was only 1 board for one side of the truck. Reordered and had to pay additional money. When we got this set the were the wrong size (for ss crew cab and we have extended cab, which employee measured). tryied to reorder for the 3thd time and was going to have to pay and additional $200.00-$300.00 more.
