Hunter usually helps us and he is very personable and knowledgeable. I have been meaning to give him a big Kudos. Last night it was Trinity and of course Hunter who helped us. Today Preston K was very helpful.
Anthony was very helpful, he was able to check my engine code and order the part I needed, best Autozone ive been to!
I walked into O’Reilly’s to get help with my car battery and was met with one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. When I politely asked if someone could help me with my battery, he sarcastically replied, “I don’t know, can I?” He then went on to say he didn’t have time to “sit around checking things” because he had other customers — even though there was only one person behind me in line. Needed a battery. The website said that the Kuna AutoZone had what I needed in stock. Showed up, and Hunter took care of business. He found the battery I needed, grabbed the tools and a cart, and replaced my battery. He was professional, quick, and no nonsense. Great experience at Kuna AutoZone!
Staff goes up & beyond to help, very friendly & Way cheaper than O'Reilly's!
