I walked into O’Reilly’s to get help with my car battery and was met with one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. When I politely asked if someone could help me with my battery, he sarcastically replied, “I don’t know, can I?” He then went on to say he didn’t have time to “sit around checking things” because he had other customers — even though there was only one person behind me in line. Needed a battery. The website said that the Kuna AutoZone had what I needed in stock. Showed up, and Hunter took care of business. He found the battery I needed, grabbed the tools and a cart, and replaced my battery. He was professional, quick, and no nonsense. Great experience at Kuna AutoZone!
Staff goes up & beyond to help, very friendly & Way cheaper than O'Reilly's!
Store is well kept and looks nice. Although the selection isn't great, the customer service was fantastic. Grey shirt Hunter and the male red shirt with the earrings who's name I can't remember were awesome and spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the part I was looking for even when it wasn't coming up in the system. Even though they weren't able to get anything, they were still greatly helpful and put in effort. Overall, I would recommend this store if you're looking for basic parts.
