Never so disappointed.....PLEASE read, I went to pick up a windshield wiper one day and saw a lady Auto zone employee outside in 13⁰ weather putting a new wiper on an SUV for a gentleman about my age. SUPER impressed, I asked if someone would put mine on to, I was told yes we always do. I'm really glad at this point that I stopped at AutoZone to get a windshield wiper because they would put it on for me too . I had to order it, not a big deal.
