Alex is the Man! My truck started misfiring. Within minutes of showing up at AutoZone, Alex told me exactly which cylinder was misfiring in my truck and got me a new coil. He even came out and help me replace the coil within minutes. My truck was running perfect again leaving the parking lot. Can't thank him enough! Give the man a raise!
Everyone there that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Specifically, Gary went above and beyond to assist me with a vehicle issue. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto parts or diagnostic testing.
My car started overheating about 3.5 hours into my 4 hour roadtrip to drop my daughter off at camp last 4th of July weekend. There were no car repair shops open, AAA was no help, and I decided to call AutoZone to see if I could figure out a solution myself. Over priced and the inventory is not as listed online. Traveled 58 miles for a fuel pump gasket that was said to be in stock, only to arrive, spent 15 minutes trying to locate it only to be told no inventory and must order online. Lost a dedicated customer on this one!
