I was having problems with my sons car starting. I borrowed the obd tester and when I went to return it Jimmy asked what kind of car it was. When I told him he said maybe the car is reading it has more gas than it does. "Go home and fill the tank and I bet it will start." Sure enough it did! We were about to have the car towed to a mechanic so Jimmy saved a poor college student a LOT of money. Jimmy is a life saver! Thank you so much! AutoZone is amazing!
Brought my wife's Highlander in to buy a new battery. The manager of the store showed me a few batteries to choose from. After choosing one, he said that he'd install it for no additional charge. Even though it was bitter cold, he rolled his cart outside and installed the new battery in no time at all.
