I had an exceptional experience at AutoZone. Everyone was nice but when someone goes above and beyond you must give credit where is due. Helpful staff got us in and out quickly
For the first time EVER I was told I could NOT drop off oil at the Milford, DE AutoZone on 17 July 2026. This was after no one acknowledged or greeted me. The employees have gotten more rude and are less customer friendly at this location. Maybe its because I'm white, Just saying...smmfh
Got my battery tested here recently and they confidently told me it was my alternator… it was in fact my battery which was the issue and this caused me to spend more money (elsewhere) than I intended or wanted to. Get better testing equipment!!!
I asked a cashier to help me to look for a part . He just showed to me on the computer and said it was in isle 7. I still could not find the part but instead the cashier was goofing off with his coworkers. At the point, I left the store. There was no guidance and poor customer service.
