I am extremely disappointed in the service. My wife went to get a serpentineine belt for our car. She was given the power steering belt instead. The next day, she returned and explained the situation. The belt was replaced with another belt, and she was assured it was the correct part. She returned to our disabled vehicle, and we discovered that once again, she was given the wrong belt ( it was a serpentine belt, however, not for our vehicle).
