I stopped in to when my check engine light came on and Shawn was so helpful every step of the way! From diagnostics, helping me find the best parts, helping me navigate issues that arose during high heat and problematic moments with the repair, and just supplying great banter- I truly wish I could bring his customer service with me as I return to my stores back home. They advertise parts but when you get to the store they say we need to order them in see you in 2-3 days
