Auto zone 🚙 is Essex is a great location, great store. The best team ever! The guys at the store are very helpful! Every time we went to buy something we were greeted with professionalism and great customer service! Kudos to NOAH, great guy who is very helpful and great at showing and explaining when you have questions! He goes above and beyond! Thank you Auto Zone & Noah!!! 💙👌🚙
Very helpful
Wish I could give 0 stars… Approached an employee named Noah today for help at this Auto Zone, asked for information about a product, he said he couldn’t look up. I then asked if I could go look for myself and he responded “good luck.” Condescending, rude and not at all helpful. That was my last visit to Auto Zone.
