I went for a turn signal bulb. They did have it and they usually put the bulb in for you or at the very least offer to. The last time I was there they came up with several excuses to not change the bulb. I’m not sure what the issue was exactly bc they gave several different reasons as to why they didn’t want to do it. I will more than likely be going somewhere else in the future
Two days in a row this location has ignored a line of customers so that they can fool around in the back. I fully understand that there are things that need to be done in the back, but there shouldn't be a line of customers waiting when three employees are standing in the back laughing. And even if they are actually busy with something, they should at least greet me and acknowledge that I exist. Avoid this location at all costs
I am so thankful to a wonderful employee named Triston. He single handedly saved me a few hundred dollars by truly understanding the root of my car problem. My car wasn't starting and I immediately thought it was the battery, but weirdly enough it started remotely. He didn't jump to a conclusion like they did at Advanced Auto down the street and he explained to me what was going on with my car wasn't a battery issue but likely a key fob issue, which is great because no one wants to drop hundreds on a new battery if they don'... read more
