Absolutely disgusting customer service and communication. A major warning to anyone that reads this review. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I booked my dad’s Jeep JK Wrangler in to have a lift kit installed. When I booked it over the phone, I specifically explained that it was a supposedly plug-and-play kit designed for a 4-door JK Wrangler and that it included the shocks, springs, brake-line relocation brackets and various smaller components.
