Usually don't write reviews, but these guys helped me out a lot. My Van broke down, yet was running fine again the next day. Went to other mechanics, who said they couldn't help me once it's running. They scanned, tested and troubleshooted it and made me feel comfortable driving it again. They did all of this free of charge. Will come back here for sure, thanks!
Great garage to deal with very friendly and excellent prices and fast service. Won't use anyone else for servicing my cars
We were so stressed that we will be ripped off but the experience was excellent. Had the squealing noise from generator belt, had to tighten it. At start mechanic said certain price, but when we had to pay - they give the service for free! It was 5 min job but still much appreciated for the attitude.

Very disappointing experience I had a very frustrating experience at Auto World Papamoa. I was told by the lady at the counter to book my WOF appointment online, which I did. I received a confirmation for 11:00 AM on 29/01/2026. When I arrived on time and showed my confirmation, she completely refused to do my WOF, saying they had another “offline” appointment and couldn’t take mine.
