I purchased a vehicle with multiple issues from auto world. 6 months after purchasing vehicle never received the title with very little to no communication. i had to keep calling and keeping track of texts incase situation got more serious. auto world offered me money to deal with title issues and i declined. had to return vehicle with $2,000 in repairs and no full reimbursement.

Nic at AutoWorld completely exceeded my expectations, especially since I hadn’t bought a car in about seven years. He was incredibly patient while we worked through financing with our bank, handled the paperwork efficiently, and made sure we were truly happy with the vehicle we chose.
