Great experience buying our ASX
Me second car I have purchased in Auto World. I can't recommend Bryce enough. Good, honest man who kept his word. Already looking forward to buy third Audi to complete collection. 5/5
Great service from Callum. Greeted us, listened to what it was we were looking for. Great car banter in general. Took a vehicle for a test drive that had just come in and hadn't been groomed yet but Callum was happy to move it up the line to get spick and span even before we purchased it. Was a straight forward sale, just great overall to deal with. Would definitely be looking there again in future! Thanks Autoworld 😁
Dismal experience. After organising a deal with Bryce on the phone this morning after explaining how we were not making a 2hr drive to the yard to not purchase a vehicle we were left mucked around and 4hrs out of our day wasted. We left home with an agreed price and once at the yard Bryce added an extra 2k on the price due to wanting to replace a timing belt on our truck (which we have since been quoted $900 to do). Disappointing experience to say the least. Poor attitude from Bryce. Everything seemed to be a problem with no responsibility taken. After spending a lengthy time on the phone going over trade-in details, he failed to ask the deal-breaker questions that ultimately affected the overall value, something that easily could have been clarified beforehand, especially since we explained it was a four-hour round trip.
