Purchased a used Mazda cx9 from Autoworld Ballarat and was lucky to be looked after by Richard H. He was very friendly and made us all feel so relaxed through the whole process. A big thank you to Greg and his service team at Autoworld Ballarat. I traveled from Melbourne as my local Ineos dealer couldn’t see me for 3 weeks but Greg booked me in for an appointment straight away and couldn’t do enough to help. I was looked after from the moment I arrived and their technicians sorted the issue quickly.
