Yet another perfect service from everyone at Autoworks from diagnosis to replacement and fixing the car, only BMW specialist we would use.
Very happy with the service – MOT, brake fluid change and health check all carried out smoothly. I was contacted promptly when the car was ready, and on collection the office staff clearly explained what had been done and what might need attention in future. Great service, I’ll definitely be back.
Very professional, was kept up to date through out, with regards to progress and what needed to be done and what was not essential. Super service.
Service was excellent and concise, dropped my 335d off on a Monday diagnosis and it needed rocker cover gasket, oil filter gasket. Also went for a full ZF gearbox service and they sourced the parts and had it all completed by midday Thursday. Only thought was I would have liked to have spoken to the technician that worked on my car but understand this is a busy garage. Overall super pleased and will be returning for future work!
