I’m genuinely impressed with the service provided by this independent BMW specialist. The customer service was excellent, the turnaround time was fast, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The hourly labour rate was also very reasonable. On top of that, both the technician who prepared the quote and the front desk staff demonstrated a high level of technical knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommended!
