So hard to find great and honest mechanics anymore. Friendly. Bottom line is that they will fix your problem without ripping you off and honestly who dose that anymore! I have taken my Dodge Ram 1500 to over a dozen other shops from Colonial Heights, VA to Fayetteville, NC and none of them could fix my problem (aka wobble of death). Colonial Heights Muffler/Auto Works is a family owned business that treats all of its customers with courtesy, fairness and efficiencey. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable and have a staff of very experienced and well-trained mechanics. They go out of theri way to assist customers . Go there for any type of auto problems.
We have been happy customers for years. We typically keep our cars for 10 years or more and have been able to do so because of CH Muffler and Auto Works. They have been great to work with and trustworthy.
The owner/managers are friendly and reliable. You can count on them to smile while they charge you exorbitant fees for work they incompetently do as well as charging for things that are not needed. Once they have your money they become rude and evasive if you have concerns. They will arrogantly claim that you explained the problem wrong and try to charge you all over again to " fix the real problem " this is a place you should steer clear of when you need you car fixed!
