I cannot believe how quickly Autoworks diagnosed, ordered parts, and fixed my car. I fully expected to be out of a vehicle for a week or more. It took 3 days. I am so thankful. And the way Ashley explained all of my options, what it would impact, and the priority of each recommendation made the decision making process smooth and stress-free.
There is a reason why they have over a thousand reviews and have almost 5 stars. Phenomenal staff and excellent service. They were quick to fix the issue and gave me a quote if the issue became a major problem and needed a total replacement. I hope to not have to be back but if I need anything to fix my vehicle they will be my first stop.
I've always taken our vehicles to a dealership for service and repairs. I heard about AutoWorks being an outstanding repair shop and since the dealership is one town over, I decided to take my truck there due to an exhaust leak. Every aspect of my experience with them was top notch and they definitely are a large cut above any dealership I've dealt with, Period!! Had struts put on for $1800 and parts went back almost immediately. Found out defective Chinese parts were used. I had them recheck them a couple of times and they said they couldn't hear any problems. I went to another garage and they immediately recognized the sound.
