Misquoted and exorbitant price I brought my Honda CR-V in for a squeaking belt. I was told the belt and tensioner needed replacing for about $550. That seemed high, so I asked what it would cost to pick the car up without the repair, and was told $160 for the diagnostic. I had a $350 quote from another shop, so $160 here plus $350 there was close to a wash with the $550 quote. I OK'd the repair. When I got home I checked the receipt and it was $750. My go-to import shop was backed up for a week, and honestly, I was getting tired of driving all the way across town just to pay their crazy expensive rates. Wonderful location, the customer service is peak. They offer rental vehicles without any hassle. The staff is knowledgeable, informative, and patient. This is the BEST auto service center guaranteed.

This was my first visit, but will not be my last. They will become our new auto mechanic. The service from office staff to mechanics was excellent. Went in to have oil changed, and safety check performed before I started my road trip. They found a problem with my brakes, they were able to order the parts and complete the job the same day which was a blessing. I waited from 11 to around 3:30. I had rodents chew up most of the wiring on the top of the motor. Autoworks did a great job repair all the wiring. It looks factory. They did the job quickly and were reasonably priced. Patty was great and kept me up to date on how the repair was going.
