Have old truck with severe misfire after replacing plugs, wires, cap & rotor. Friend recommended Auto Works and it was a great decision! The diagnosis and work was excellent! Communication was excellent. Reasonable price for work done. Very happy with Auto Works of Valdese, and will be my go to from now on or as long as this truck runs. Everyone was very nice. Thanks.
I took my 08 Cadillac Escalade in for a shifting issue. I was charged an inflated diagnostic charge, charged me a $10.67 “Hazardous Materials” charge which was never explained, and failed my NC saferty inspection for a missing control arm bushing and also claimed I had a bad wheel bearing, which was debunked by the Cadillac dealership. They really trued their best to dig as deep into the pocket as they possibly could, I mean $1,600 to change transmission fluid and filter??? Come on!
