Since my review was taken down!! I’m gone keep posting!! Y’all know what you did! I didn’t just get up one day and imagine this experience! I got plenty of time & plenty of phones!! My experience with this shop has been HORRIBLE from beginning to end. If I could leave NO STARS I WOULD!!!! James, Spencer & whoever else that worked on my car basically just gave my car a facelift. Car under warranty, brought to shop for mechanical diagnostics and concerns. Great service, NO FOLLOW THROUGH. Was told a claim would be submitted & I'd be notified of when to return for repairs. It has been WEEKS & I have heard nothing. Although the people are kind, they lack follow up & administrative professionalism. Would not recommend if you want anything done in a timely manner & if it requires paperwork submission with another company. Highly disappointed!!
Very friendly staff. G, Spencer, JB, and Abe were a pleasure to work with.
Boosie is the best he got my car fixed in a timely manner definitely recommend for any body work to your vehicle he works well with any insurance company to get the best st quality parts as well go see him
