The worst experience of my life. I called in a tow at 12 PM. They came at 4:40 PM. I explained to them that the auto repair shop closes at 5 PM and they threaten me saying I would have to pay extra to get it towed to my house if I didn't pay extra. Throughout this entire crisis they also tended to ignore most of my phone calls and I had to try 4 different numbers to get through.
Absolutely horrible. The original call was made at 2:30 pm and stated they would arrive in 90 minutes. Estimated time of arrival was documented at 4:16pm. No one showed. Tried to call the company and they would either hang up or keep you on hold. Was never able to get in touch with anyone. At 6 pm still have not shown up. I went through a roadside service and it was almost impossible for them to reach AutoWorks. AutoWorks kept increasing their time by 33 minutes or longer. AutoWorks is a sorry company. Awful, just awful. Cancelled on me at the last second while I had already been waiting for 2 hours. What a joke of a company and they really need to improve customer service and elementary communication skills. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Dispatcher is horrible. I initiated a tow through my fleet services at 8:56. Autoworks accepted the dispatch and called me at 10:38 and I was told it would be a hour. I called them back at 12:12 and was told the driver is dropping off a vehicle and would be on their way. At 2:29 I got a text from the driver saying he will be there in 5 minutes.
