I had a soda can-sized circular crack that Acme Glass wouldn't touch. BCS Auto Glass informed me that it likely wouldn't spread, but still offered to fill it. I went ahead and had them do it and it looks so much better now. Very happy!
STAY AWAY!! I brought him a brand new week old car to fix a rock chip in the windshield, and all he did was drill two holes in the windshield and scratched the windshield because the drill bit walked on my windshield and then said he couldn’t fix it and just stopped! So now I still have the chip with two drill holes in my windshield and a scratch on a $1800 windshield. I’m probably screwed now and won’t be able to get it fixed because he put some resin into his crappy attempt at fixing it.
I recommend, I recommend, I recommend!! Not only did I receive great customer service, I observed others receiving great customer service which made me smile . I was also able to get my window tinted right next door which that gentleman was also very kind and helpful!! The owner works right along with the staff which is a plus so please visit this location for your auto repairs!!
