Great owner and staff. Really care about the customer
I had a flat tire on I-26, so i used my Roadside Assistant app from my insurance company Allstate. Tony called said he was 20 minutes away, he got to me in 15 minutes. From the start he had trouble with the lugs because of the caps, but he refused to give up. Finally he had to call his supervisor and Alex came within minutes. They got my tire changed with awesome team work. Excellent customer service, awesome guys. The entire time they kept assuring me that they would get me back on road and they did. Thanks Tony & Alex!
This company is terrible they had my truck for a whole month and already told me 3 times that it’s about to be done and all they have left is to check a couple things and it’s still not out. I will not be using this company again. And I will speak with their head person in charge.
I had a flat tire, AAA arranged for Auto Works Mobile to come out, Alex was there in 20 minutes, very nice, i was on my way 10 minutes later. Thank you!!
We got a flat tire while we were traveling to upstate SC. Autoworks came and assessed the damage and was able to plug the tire (it had a pair of barber scissors in it). It was raining and the two employees worked diligently to get the repair done quickly and efficiently. Very professional and personable!
