Great experience. They diagnosed a tricky issue that I had already gone to another auto shop for, and they actually explained everything they were doing and worked with my schedule to get my car back quickly. My car feels noticeably better to drive now. Definitely recommend!
Absolutely five star! My power steering was dead and I had my car owed in to the shop. They looked into it and told me right away it there was a recall on my car for that and I should have the dealer fix that for free. During the entire process, they were super helpful and nice. Love, love, love these gentlemen!

I headed there expecting to book an appointment — but they were kind enough to squeeze me in on the spot, even with my tight schedule! I am a regular customer to Kirkland Auto works for past several years. I really had such an unpleasant experience today that I am not going to visit the Auto shop again. The staff are not trust worthy and very rude. Stay away from this Auto shop I personally checked at the lobby yesterday about head lights installation and was informed that the technicians were busy.
