I am a regular customer to Kirkland Auto works for past several years. I really had such an unpleasant experience today that I am not going to visit the Auto shop again. The staff are not trust worthy and very rude. Stay away from this Auto shop I personally checked at the lobby yesterday about head lights installation and was informed that the technicians were busy. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received here. The wheel alignment was done flawlessly. Highly recommended!
One of the guys here goes across the street to yell at the Fred Meyer customers. Then he skulks away between other people's cars so they don't see where he came from. Not a reflection on their mechanical aptitude, but that's kinda creepy and my only experience with the business.
Incredible service from the team at Kirkwood Autoworks. After my car got vandalized, they patiently worked with the insurance company to help me document the damage and get me out the door. Shout-out to Matthew for being so helpful and responsive! I couldn't recommend them more.
