AutoWerks crew very attentive to my sudden breakdown situation. Got me in line and did full inspection and fixed the issue then and there. Gave me a thorough checklist of what was fine and what needed attention. They handled my Prius great and clearly know their business.
Took my BMW in for repairs and service on a Tuesday. They found a problem with a wheel speed sensor which they did not have in stock and had to order one. Got the car back on Thursday repaired and serviced and running great. The service reps were very good about keeping me informed and explaining the work done at the end of the service. The bill was reasonable. Very happy with their service.
AutoWorks is an honest operation that provides quality service! They performed a diverse amount of work on my classic car. Do you know how difficult it is to find decent mechanics who will touch classic vehicles nowadays? I was updated at every step of the process before they moved forward to the next task. The staff is courteous and professional. I will most definitely be a returning customer!
I have been lucky enough to not have had to have a major repair so far on my 2018 Tacoma but I have used their services for all the oil changes and routine maintenance and they always have the work done in a timely fashion. I believe you pick a repair/maintenance place for your vehicle the same way you pick a dr. You choose someone you can trust.
