Took my BMW in for repairs and service on a Tuesday. They found a problem with a wheel speed sensor which they did not have in stock and had to order one. Got the car back on Thursday repaired and serviced and running great. The service reps were very good about keeping me informed and explaining the work done at the end of the service. The bill was reasonable. Very happy with their service.
I have been lucky enough to not have had to have a major repair so far on my 2018 Tacoma but I have used their services for all the oil changes and routine maintenance and they always have the work done in a timely fashion. I believe you pick a repair/maintenance place for your vehicle the same way you pick a dr. You choose someone you can trust. The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. They were honest, trustworthy and kept us updated through the whole repair process. They get a lot of business so the work we needed took a while, but it was worth it because they made what could have been a very stressful experience into something pleasant. So thankful to have found them!
AutoWorks is an honest operation that provides quality service! They performed a diverse amount of work on my classic car. Do you know how difficult it is to find decent mechanics who will touch classic vehicles nowadays? I was updated at every step of the process before they moved forward to the next task. The staff is courteous and professional. I will most definitely be a returning customer!
Went in needing my headlight fixed. They found the part in town and fixed all the broken lights in my car the same day. We’re friendly, fast and fairly priced. Will definitely use them again.
