Took my BMW in for repairs and service on a Tuesday. They found a problem with a wheel speed sensor which they did not have in stock and had to order one. Got the car back on Thursday repaired and serviced and running great. The service reps were very good about keeping me informed and explaining the work done at the end of the service. The bill was reasonable. Very happy with their service.
Always have amazing customer service with a smile. Last year we were trying to get to leave for vacation and our truck ended up with an issue. This team had our truck in and out just in time for us to leave on time. Same thing happened this year but with our other car.
I have been going to auto works for years and they are the only shop I go to. Everyone there is super friendly. I can typically get my truck into the shop within a few days after making an appointment while many other places can be booked for over a month out. I’ve had work done on multiple different vehicles and never have had a problem. Highly recommend!
I have been lucky enough to not have had to have a major repair so far on my 2018 Tacoma but I have used their services for all the oil changes and routine maintenance and they always have the work done in a timely fashion. I believe you pick a repair/maintenance place for your vehicle the same way you pick a dr. You choose someone you can trust. Great service, very transparent, very fast. I have a 2004 Toyota Camry and they have helped me keep her in tiptop shape even though she's over 20 years old.
