I have used Autowerx for over 5 years. From basic maintenance to high-end, complex custom work. I have found that they have a great attention to detail and when there is an unexpected issue, they resolve it directly and quickly. For me, a shop that makes things right versus making excuses is rare these days and I have and continue to recommend them as a great place for your automate needs. From a brake job to a supercharger installation, Autowerx is my first choice.

I've been using Gene and the guys at Autowerx for my business and personal vehicles for years. Quality work and competitive pricing and it's almost always done when they say it's going to be. No extra addons for stuff I don't actually need. Anytime I have had an issue they're always quick to resolve it, no questions asked. First off, customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Secondly the work that I had done went above and beyond what I was told: I will take any of my vehicles to them to get work done that I cannot and will not do myself, no questions asked. They were honest about issues they thought caused my issue, honest about if I should do what I thought compared to them being the professionals and me being an amateur. Hands down second to none when it comes to auto care.

Gene and his team have repaired multiple issues on my personal and company vehicles. The price is always fair. They explain everything well, and typically show me pictures along the way. They even fixed shoddy work that a dealership did and charged me through the roof for. I’m always happy and confident when my vehicles leave AutoWerx.

This place was a joke, didn't order/buy the correct tri-power I wanted, then installed it wrong, wires burned on manifold, ran new gas lines to the wrong side of the car and charged me some out outrageous price for it. Then when the car stopped running because the wires melted 60 miles from home, I had it towed to another shop. Where they found numerous vacuum leaks which didn't help the computer to set the carbs right. I wouldn't recommend these people to put air in my tires. Stay far away from them
