Best auto body and repair shop I have ever seen. With 30 years in the business, Pat can fix anything. Like magic, cars come in bashed and he makes them new. I had scraped a car in a parking lot. Pat restored both vehicles to shining perfection. At a rate much less than anyone else charges. And for better service. Kindness. Integrity. Expertise. A human helping humans. We had a good experience Autowerks. They did an amazing job on our car. It looks brand new after a pretty bad accident. Pat was pleasant to work with and eager to make sure we were comfortable with the process and kept in the know about the work being done on our car. The other staff were respectful and capable in doing exceptional detail work. I’d recommend autowerks to anyone in the area needing body work repair.
I could not recommend Autowerks and the service that Pat provides more highly, and I have never had such high quality service from any automotive establishment. He took care of complicated repairs on two electric cars, while demonstrating a high level of expertise in issues related to electric vehicles, and while expertly communicating and negotiating with the insurance company to get the very best results. Additionally, Pat and his wife are genuinely lovely people who it was a pleasure to meet and do business with!
I hit a deer and Pat worked seamlessly with my insurance company to build an estimate, then worked fast to get me back on the road. My car looks great, runs great, and he gave me tips and insight on other things to be mindful of with my car. I am grateful to Pat and his team for 5 star customer service experience.
