We had a good experience Autowerks. They did an amazing job on our car. It looks brand new after a pretty bad accident. Pat was pleasant to work with and eager to make sure we were comfortable with the process and kept in the know about the work being done on our car. The other staff were respectful and capable in doing exceptional detail work. I’d recommend autowerks to anyone in the area needing body work repair.
I could not recommend Autowerks and the service that Pat provides more highly, and I have never had such high quality service from any automotive establishment. He took care of complicated repairs on two electric cars, while demonstrating a high level of expertise in issues related to electric vehicles, and while expertly communicating and negotiating with the insurance company to get the very best results. Additionally, Pat and his wife are genuinely lovely people who it was a pleasure to meet and do business with!
I hit a deer and Pat worked seamlessly with my insurance company to build an estimate, then worked fast to get me back on the road. My car looks great, runs great, and he gave me tips and insight on other things to be mindful of with my car. I am grateful to Pat and his team for 5 star customer service experience.
