Andy did it again I brought my truck up today for some major repairs & he got me in & out!!! He is the best mechanic I ever had I been letting him service my cars for over 15 years & he still does a great job... Thank you for the great service all around & fabulous customer service.
Andy has been my car mechanic for years. He's a great, reliable and seasoned mechanic! Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and the work is done in a very timely manner! He is thorough at getting to the root cause/analysis of problems to efficiently repair the vehicle. I high recommend Autoway, Inkster for your vehicle repairs.
Asked them to make a pipe with an inside diameter measurement of 2-1/16" and they used a tape measure to make a pipe that when measured with calipers is one hundredth less than 2-1/8" so thats almost a whole 1/6th inch off so maybe these guys are not capable of doing quality accurate work. Cannot recommend anymore.
I been coming to this shop now for ten plus years Andy (the owner) has always gave me great prices, fixed my cars well and has always been honest about what needs to be fixed and what doesn't need fixing (he is a top of the line mechanic) as long as I live in Michigan he will be the only one I allow to service me. I had a 2000 Chevy Blazer 4.3 vortex engine. The Unlicensed Mechanic John connected the Transmission oil cooler line wrong , need new Transmission. John Destroy the gas line put the wrong fuel filter and fuel pump on. Charge me for undercarriage work I did not need. The only thing I did need was an alternator. I junked the truck August 1, 2018 after a real mechanic stated to undue John f up will cost over $5,000. Gas was dripping on the engine as i drove. $3,200 was already spent out.
We ran over some road debris on our driving trip to Detroit from Atlanta and I wanted to put the car on a lift to inspect the underside for damage. By chance we selected True Value at 36913 Schoolcraft Rd in Livonia. Anthony Holbrook, the manager, could not have been more accommodating. When I explained the problem, he immediately offered to help and fit our car in his schedule with minimal waiting and at no charge.
