They are not friendly and so unprofessional not people friendly at all we had issues where they broke into our car and took our stuff out because we had to give the car back over $400 and they just threw all of our stuff out and threw our stuff inside trash bags and some of our stuff was damaged after we were told we could get our stuff out of the car not inside a tool shed where everything got ruined. Adileni was such great person no pressure very easy and fast process. Always there to help me from day one up 2 now bought the car in March 2024 very understanding and still working with me. Wish I can send everyone there my vehicle ever had a problem. Love this guys
